How to Create a community Profile for a Couple

Coordinators have the access in the community site to promote a weekend registrant to community member, giving the a login to the community website where they can browse file, download outlines, etc.

To do so, login to the community site and find the couple's registration for the weekend they were on (Weekends & Post Weekends | Weekend Registrants - View/Edit | View Registrations), making sure you have selected the weekend the couple attended.   In the list of couples, click on the couple you wish to create a community profile for.  At the top of the page you will see an option to create it for them:

After you click that option, they will be given a login and password to get into the site.
