The website says my account is locked.

In order to protect your account from possible hacking, if you attempt to use the wrong password too many times, the website will lock you out for 24 hours.

If you know your password, it is important to be sure you type it slowly, and make sure CAPS LOCK is off.  You should also double-check that there are no typos in your username.

What to do

If you can wait

Simply wait out the 24 hour period, and your account will reset automatically.

If you need to URGENTLY get in the community site

Submit a ticket to the WPC by clicking here.  As soon as one of us can, we will reset your account so that you can log in.  Please understand that we are not able to monitor these requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but we will do our best to take care of you as soon as possible.
